The Modernization Scheme of Government of India intends to improve the efficiency of Police in all aspects of its functioning i.e. Improvement in Mobility. Scientific equipment’s, Arms, Riot Control equipment’s, CID equipment’s and Construction / fortification of Non-residential and Residential buildings.
